    Nadia El Shafei has built her expertise and solid qualifications in the Human Resources and Organizational Management field with more than 25 years of experience, Nadia holds a Master degree in particular study in Management of Learning and development granted by (EAMS) Euro Arab Management School at Granada - Spain sponsored by Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and Bachelor degree in commerce granted by Alex University. 

    Nadia has diversified experience with international organizations in Human Resources management where as she held the position of HR Manager of Bank of Credit and Commerce &  Glaxo - GSK, HR Director of Rhone Poulenc Rorer , and Ezz Steels Mills, HR Consultant for Aventis Pharma and Schering Plough.        

    Nadia is a lecturer for Strategic Human Resources Management at Arab Academy for Science and Marine and also for American University and Egyptian Banking Institute.

     
    Nadia is a senior assessor for R&S responsible for Egypt Middle East in assessment centre development centers. She has conducted a number for assessments operations either for development or selection SINCE 2001. In addition she is a certified SHL assessor, giving her the necessary qualifications for the design and implementation of Assessment and Development centre courses.
     
    As a Consultant, Nadia has fulfilled several assignments in Egypt and Middle East with multinational & local companies supporting them to improve their systems and approaches to people development and Human Resource Management.
     
    Awarded the title of EXPERT for Enterprise Managements Development Program by ITC (International Trade Center –Geneva) - Award certified coach for TOT international finance co corporation, Word Bank Group.
     
    Nadia is an active member in Alexander Hamilton Institute, Harvard Management Communication; Institute of Management of the UK, Egyptian Human Resources Management Association EHRMA. She is also recognized by the International WHO’ S WHO’ S as a professional contributing person to the business community.
     

    Dr. Dirk Roosen brings over 25 years experience in People Management Performance Coaching.
    Dr. Dirk holds a master in pharmaceutical marketing, degree in industrial marketing and business administration. He is the founder and managing partner of Recruitment and Selection Consultancy (R&S). The company is based in Belgium and has an agency in Cairo.

     
    Dr. Nahla Radwan has graduated from Faculty of Medicine, specialized in Psychiatry and Neurology, at Ain-Shams University Cairo. Nahla has a valuable impact throughout the assessment by integrating the observed behavior to the Psychometric reading.
